How do I get coach, program, or team workspace access?

Platform access is provisioned by your organization — typically an athletic director or program admin. If you need a coach, team, or workspace invite, contact your program administrator or email hello@montclairsports.io with your organization name and role.

Do I need a platform account to order from the Pro Shop?

No. The Pro Shop supports guest checkout. You do not need a Montclair Sports platform account to place an order, and Pro Shop purchases do not grant access to coaching dashboards or team workspaces.

How do I check an order or start a return?

For order status, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, or damaged items, contact support with your order number and the email used at checkout. See Shipping & Returns for full policy details, or use the contact options on this page.

What is the difference between Learn and the platform?

Learn is the public knowledge base — free articles on intentional practice and program management, no login required. The platform is the signed-in workspace for coaches, athletes, and programs to plan sessions, manage rosters, and run day-to-day operations.

How do Deuce Golf and Gravy relate to Montclair Sports?

Deuce Golf and Gravy Basketball are sport-specific training surfaces built on the Montclair Sports operating model. Use the Products menu in the site header to open each app, or explore product pages for an overview.

How do I submit a privacy or data request?

For privacy rights requests, legal notices, or data-handling questions, contact our legal inbox listed on the Privacy Policy page. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond as required by applicable law.

How do I report an accessibility barrier?

If you encounter accessibility barriers — keyboard navigation, screen reader issues, contrast, or readability — email us with the page URL, assistive technology used, and what you expected to happen. See our Accessibility statement for more detail.
