Shipping & Returns
How guest checkout, shipping, returns, exchanges, refunds, and order support work for the m. Pro Shop.

Guest Checkout
The m. Pro Shop supports guest checkout. You do not need a Montclair Sports platform account to place an order, and Pro Shop purchases do not grant access to coaching dashboards or team workspaces.
Stripe Checkout securely collects payment, shipping, tax, and order contact details. Montclair Sports does not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.

Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared for fulfillment after payment is authorized and fraud checks are complete. Processing timelines may vary for limited-run, pre-order, custom, team, or third-party fulfilled products.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may contact you with a replacement option, partial shipment, refund, or cancellation.

Shipping
Shipping options, delivery estimates, carrier availability, and costs are shown during checkout where available. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, customs, holidays, or fulfillment constraints.
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns and Exchanges
Unless a product page, checkout flow, or order communication says otherwise, unworn and unused eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products should be in original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable. Final-sale, personalized, custom, limited-run, worn, washed, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, return shipping, taxes, duties, or carrier fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.
Refund timing depends on payment processor and bank processing windows.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, contact legal@montclairsports.io as soon as possible with your order number, photos, packaging details, and a description of the issue.
We may request additional information to verify the issue and determine whether a replacement, exchange, refund, or carrier claim is appropriate.
