Admin settings should manage access, context, notifications, exports, and audit basics without becoming a broad operations suite.
Permissions model
- Athletic directors: program health, team oversight, scoped athlete data, exports.
- Head coaches: assigned teams, plans, sessions, athlete goals, interventions.
- Assistant coaches: configurable write access by team.
- Athletes: own assignments, feedback, progress, sessions, and learning.
Audit and exports
- Audit trail
- Notes, interventions, goal changes, and recommendation actions need author and timestamp.
- First exports
- AD weekly summary, coach team report, and athlete progress summary.
- Notification controls
- Preferences should support in-app and email without creating a communications hub.
