Admin settings should manage access, context, notifications, exports, and audit basics without becoming a broad operations suite.

Permissions model

  • Athletic directors: program health, team oversight, scoped athlete data, exports.
  • Head coaches: assigned teams, plans, sessions, athlete goals, interventions.
  • Assistant coaches: configurable write access by team.
  • Athletes: own assignments, feedback, progress, sessions, and learning.

Audit and exports

Audit trail
Notes, interventions, goal changes, and recommendation actions need author and timestamp.
First exports
AD weekly summary, coach team report, and athlete progress summary.
Notification controls
Preferences should support in-app and email without creating a communications hub.
